Tuition & Financial Aid

The REAL Cost to Educate

It costs approximately $8,000 per student each year to run our schools. Thanks to generous donors, CPS students receive at least $5,300-$5,800 in tuition assistance upon registration—no action required from parents.  With this tuition reduction, tuition for our K-8 schools ranges from $1,500-$2,700 per year per child.  Additional financial assistance is available for parents who need more help.  Applications are below.

Our three Pre-K Programs: Dual Language, Montessori, and Head Start, follow a different tuition model

  • Our Head Start Pre-K is totally free for families who meet the income guidelines.
  • Our Dual Language Pre-K is free or very low-cost for families who receive a NJ Cares for Kids childcare subsidy and $160/week for families that don't.  We offer discounts for multiple children and for families with children enrolled in our K-8 schools.
  • Our Montessori Pre-K is also free or very low-cost for families who receive a NJ Cares for Kids childcare subsidy.  If a family does not qualify, we offer a sliding tuition scale of $150-525 per month.
