The REAL Cost to Educate

It costs approximately $8,000 per student each year to run our schools. Thanks to generous donors, CPS students receive at least $5,300-$5,800 in tuition assistance upon registration—no action required from parents. With this tuition reduction, tuition for our K-8 schools ranges from $1,500-$2,700 per year per child. Additional financial assistance is available for parents who need more help. Applications are below.

Our three Pre-K Programs: Dual Language, Montessori, and Head Start, follow a different tuition model

Our Head Start Pre-K is totally free for families who meet the income guidelines.
Our Dual Language Pre-K is free or very low-cost for families who receive a NJ Cares for Kids childcare subsidy and $160/week for families that don't. We offer discounts for multiple children and for families with children enrolled in our K-8 schools.
Our Montessori Pre-K is also free or very low-cost for families who receive a NJ Cares for Kids childcare subsidy. If a family does not qualify, we offer a sliding tuition scale of $150-525 per month.

Financial Assistance Resources

Financial assistance is available for parents who need additional help with their tuition.

CPS Financial Aid:

• Download your application from the drop down below or pick one up at your school office.

• Lowers tuition payments by 10%-70%.

• Given on a first come first served basis.

• Based on a family’s income and expenses.

• Application and financial documents must be submitted to your child’s school.

Parents who do not complete the process will not be eligible for aid.

• DUE APRIL 15TH FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL YEAR.

New Jersey Cares for Kids Child Care Subsidy Program:

Eligible families should apply for the New Jersey Cares for Kids Care Subsidy Program (vouchers) as early as possible in order to have a contract in place by the beginning of the school year. This program will help with:

• Aftercare

• Dual Language Pre-K

• Sacred Heart Montessori

• Summer Camp

Francis, Elizabeth and Edward Roger Welsh Scholarship:

(Application opens January-March)

Eligibility requirements:

• Residents of Camden County, New Jersey.

• Demonstrate financial need.

• Demonstrate academic achievement.

• Attend or plan to attend a Catholic elementary, middle or high school located in Camden County, NJ.

Scholarship specifics

This scholarship is for one year only; however, current recipients may reapply and be considered for additional funding along with other new applicants. Scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time.

What is the deadline to apply for financial aid?

For current families, the financial aid application opens in January and is due by April for the following school year. Families are encouraged to apply by the deadline, though late applications may be considered based on available funds. New families may apply for financial aid along with their admissions application, no matter what time of year. However, the amount of funding available usually decreases the closer we get to the start of school.

All decisions, including award notifications, will be made by Catholic Partnership Schools.

Tuition Collection through FACTS

FACTS is used by all CPS schools to collect and track tuition.
Parents must open an account once their child is registered.
Once any financial aid is awarded, families sign a contract and are billed on a monthly basis by FACTS.
Payments can be made online, by phone, by mail, or in person at your child’s school.
Please note: Families who are more than 90 days behind in tuition payments may have their child denied participation in activities and may not be invited back for the subsequent year.
