Real Cost to Educate

If you took the total cost to run your child’s school each year and divided it by the number of students enrolled, you would see that it costs about $6,000 per student per year.  Thanks to generous donors, we don’t need to ask parents to pay that full price.  But the tuition you pay is important! It is needed to make sure that our schools are able to offer a great education as well as after school programs and other supportive services.

What is the deadline to apply for financial aid?

The application for financial aid  for the 2023-2024  school year will be available to families beginning  January 29, 2023. The deadline to submit the application along with all supporting financial documents will be April 17, 2023.

Please note that the tuition assistance process is completed in the school year PRIOR to the student’s enrollment year.

Parents are strongly encouraged to submit their applications by April 17, 2023.  Applications submitted after this date will still be considered based upon remaining available funds.

All financial aid decisions including notification of an award amount will be made by Catholic Partnership Schools.

Tuition Collection through FACTS

  • FACTS is used by all CPS schools to collect and track tuition.
  • Parents must open an account once their child is registered.
  • Once any financial aid is awarded, families sign a contract and are billed on a monthly basis by FACTS.
  • Payments can be made online, by phone, by mail, or in person at your child’s school.
  • Please note: Families who are more than 90 days behind in tuition payments may have their child denied participation in activities and may not be invited back for the subsequent year.
