How Do I Register?

Not sure which school is the best fit for your child, or want to learn more before completing a full application? No problem! Simply fill out our Initial Inquiry Form, and a member of our admissions team will reach out to you within 2 business days with all the information you need.

Registering New Students

If you are interested in registering your child, you can click on the link below for our online application, or download the pdf version to print and fill out at home. Once the application and required documents are submitted, students applying for 1st-8th grade will be scheduled for a short Math and ELA pre-admissions test. The principal and admissions team will then review all of the information and make a decision about enrollment.

What is the tuition to attend a Catholic Partnership school?

Every student begins with a scholarship, thanks to our generous supporters. Additional financial aid is available based on family income and number of children enrolled—80% of families qualify. To apply, parents must complete a financial aid application and submit required documents to the school.

Our K-8 families pay an average of $130/month, with a range of $100–$265/month for a single child.

Pre-K tuition varies based on the program:

Our Head Start Pre-K is totally free for families who meet the income guidelines.
Our Dual Language Pre-K is free or very low-cost for families who receive a NJ childcare subsidy and $160/week for families that don't. We offer discounts for multiple children and for families with children enrolled in our K-8 schools.
Our Montessori Pre-K is also free or very low-cost for families who receive a NJ childcare subsidy. If a family does not qualify, we offer a sliding tuition scale of $150-525 per month.

For the 2026-2027 school year, we are requiring all prospective 1st-8th grade students to take a short math and ELA test as part of the admissions process to make sure that we're the best fit for their academic needs. The test will be scheduled after all forms and documents outlined above are received.

How old does my child have to be to enroll in Kindergarten and Pre-K?

To enroll in Kindergarten, a child must turn 5 before September 30th of their Kindergarten year.
To enroll in either the Dual Language or the Head Start program at the Pre-K at St. Anthony, a child must be between 3 and 5 years old and be potty-trained. For more information, call 856-966-6791

What are the school hours?

Is there childcare available before school and afterschool?

Is there transportation available?

Students are eligible to receive transportation to go to our schools if they live more than 2 miles from the school, or if their route to school crosses major highways. However, sometimes bus companies are not able to provide the service to our students due to circumstances beyond our control. In that case, parents will receive a transportation subsidy to help cover the costs of arranging transportation on their own.

What types of extra-curricular activities do you have? How old does my child have to be to participate? Is there a fee?

Catholic Partnership Schools runs extra-curricular activities open to students from all of our campuses. Our current offerings are: aviation, choir, instrumental music, basketball, cross country, flag football, track, and robotics/stem. The age that students need to be to participate depends on the activity, but we have offerings for students from all grades. Transportation is provided if the activity is immediately after school. Parents must provide transportation to most evening or weekend activities.

We do charge a small participation fee for CPS extra-curricular programs. Parents may also be asked to pay replacement fees if, for example, an instrument or a uniform is lost or broken.

What are the uniform requirements?

Each of our schools has a slightly different uniform and some of what is required depends on the season and the child's age. Parents should expect to spend about $100 to $150 buying a complete school uniform and gym uniform when their child first enrolls. Parents can purchase uniforms at Uniform City and Risse Brothers. Our schools themselves often have gently worn uniforms at a discounted price.
